10/26/15 Meeting

In today’s meeting, we went over our progress over the last couple weeks:

• Those of us who did not know C++ before this semester have now learned the language.
• We have all studied and understood our individual metrics (Anastasia – silhouette; Christina – performance; Jennifer – conductance).
• Anastasia has started writing pseudo-code for the implementation of Louvain based on silhouette.

Our goal for our next meeting, on 11/6, is to implement in code the Louvain algorithm with respect to each of the different quality metrics. Another short term goal is to begin writing our Tapia abstract and 2-page summary.
